“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
– Viktor E. Frankl

Welcome – you’ve arrived.

After considerable reflection and with some hesitation, you’ve arrived here.

Perhaps it was the hope that your anxious thoughts and emotions would lead you to uncover more about yourself.

There’s much to explore, and having a starting point can help alleviate your worries.

You’ve been burdened by concerns for too long, and making it here might feel like a step in the right direction.

You want someone who gets you.

It’s crucial to collaborate with someone who recognizes the sensitivity required to handle your personal information.

Working with a person who respects and honors your sexuality, identity, and gender—as well as your unique experiences—is vital.

The professional you choose should have experience with the LGBTQ+ community and be able to relate to many of your concerns.

Ideally, you need someone who makes you feel seen, heard, comfortable, and at ease.

Let’s begin.

When I’m not working…

When I’m not immersed in my professional passions, I relish my downtime indulging in simple pleasures. You might find me savoring an Americano at my beloved local coffee spot, a place where the baristas know my order by heart. My days off often involve vigorous sessions at the gym, where I find my rhythm and rejuvenate.

I have a penchant for discovering cinematic gems that fly under the radar, often catching the latest indie film that’s stirring up quiet buzz. Bookstores are my sanctuaries; I can spend hours scouring the shelves for my next captivating read, losing track of time among the stacks.

Outdoor adventures are equally vital to my well-being. I cherish hikes through landscapes dotted with vibrant Bougainvillea, stately desert Palms, and eye-catching modern architecture. These excursions are not only a feast for the eyes but also a respite for the soul.

Capping off these perfect days, I enjoy sharing meals with friends. Whether it’s at a tried-and-true favorite restaurant or experimenting with a new culinary delight, it’s the laughter and shared stories around the table that truly enrich the experience.
